Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & account registration

Accounts are created either by you through self-registration or by an Alpha Cash administrator on your behalf. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information — name, email, phone number, and payout details — and to keep it current.

2. The Program

The Program lets you refer new customers to Alpha Cash using a personal referral link and/or QR code. Referrals are tracked automatically, and eligible referrals may generate commissions according to the rates and terms Alpha Cash communicates to you from time to time. Alpha Cash may change commission structures, referral tracking mechanics, or Program eligibility at any time, effective on notice through the Portal or by email.

3. Commissions & payouts

Commission totals shown in the Portal are calculated by Alpha Cash and are informational until a payout is requested and approved. Payout requests are for your full available balance — Alpha Cash does not support partial withdrawal requests — and are reviewed and paid out manually. You may have at most one pending payout request at a time. Alpha Cash may decline, delay, or reverse a payout if we reasonably believe it resulted from fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

4. Marketing materials & print-on-demand

Alpha Cash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the graphics, email templates, and printed materials made available in the Portal solely to promote the Program, in accordance with the brand guidelines provided. You may not modify Alpha Cash logos or marks, misrepresent your relationship with Alpha Cash, or use these materials for any purpose unrelated to the Program.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent Alpha Cash, its products, or the Program to prospective customers
• Refer yourself, generate fraudulent referrals, or otherwise manipulate tracking
• Share your account credentials with anyone else
• Use the Portal in a way that violates any applicable law
• Attempt to access another partner's account or data

6. Suspension & termination

Alpha Cash may suspend or deactivate your account, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or at our discretion. A deactivated account cannot sign in to the Portal or earn further commissions; any commission balance accrued prior to deactivation will be handled at Alpha Cash's discretion, consistent with applicable law. You may stop participating in the Program at any time by contacting your Alpha Cash admin.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Cash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or participation in the Program, including lost commissions.

8. Changes to these Terms

Alpha Cash may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Portal or by email. Continued use of the Portal after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
