• Account details — name, email address, phone number, and password
• Payout information — the payout method you select and any details required to complete a payout
• Content you submit — profile edits, payout requests, and support communications

We also collect information automatically as you use the Portal:

• Activity data — page views, logins, and actions taken in the Portal, used for security and analytics
• Referral & commission data — activity associated with your referral link or QR code

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate your account and the Program, including tracking referrals and calculating commissions
• Process and reconcile payouts
• Send transactional emails — account creation, payout confirmations, and similar account notices
• Maintain security, including an audit trail of account and admin actions
• Improve the Portal

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to operate the Program:

• With service providers who process it on our behalf — for example, our email delivery provider (SendGrid) and hosting/database provider (Supabase)
• For payout reconciliation, with the accounting records needed to complete a payout
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Alpha Cash or others

4. Data retention

We retain account and activity information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting requirements.

5. Your choices

You can review and update your name, last name, and phone number from your account settings at any time. To request a copy of your data, ask a question, or request deletion of your account, contact your Alpha Cash admin.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, row-level access controls, and optional two-factor authentication (available from your account settings). No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

The Portal uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences, such as whether the sidebar is collapsed. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Portal or by email.
